Tamara’s Story
Tamara Steward, MBA, PMP, CPC, CDE the founder and CEO of Spark, is a proven leader, with over fifteen years of experience in community engagement, diversity and inclusion, strategy, planning, and public relations. She combines her range of expertise with a passion to assist other business professionals in growing their skills and knowledge in their fields. She strives to make a difference in communities through her work, and she gains joy in inspiring others.
She made history as the first Chief Equity Officer in Chattanooga’s history and has years of nonprofit and corporate management experience at different levels across multiple industries. As a certified project management professional and master-certified life coach, Tamara uses her education and experience to support businesses looking to improve their processes, leaders to hone their skills, and individuals to enhance their lives.
