Tamara Steward, MBA, PMP, CPC, CDE is the founder and CEO of Spark the Firm, a consulting agency helping governmental entities, nonprofits, and corporations drive sustainable success. With 15+ years of experience in strategy, planning, public relations, workplace culture transformation, and community engagement, she equips organizations with the tools to strengthen leadership, refine operations, and create lasting impact.
Since launching Spark the Firm in 2023, Tamara has led consulting, training, and executive coaching initiatives that help businesses navigate complex challenges with confidence. A certified project management professional and master-certified coach, she brings expertise in project execution, organizational development, and strategic growth.
