Spark the Firm was founded in 2023 by Tamara Steward, an organizational consultant, certified coach, and project management professional with more than 15 years of leadership experience inside the kinds of organizations she now serves. She has led strategy work at TVA, partnered with institutions including EPB, the University of Tennessee, and CARTA. She built Spark the Firm to help complex organizations move faster, lead better, and execute with intention.
